Nicole Longshore CCEP, PCI

Associate Director

Nicole Longshore is an associate director in the Monitoring, Compliance and Investigations practice where she conducts corporate internal investigations, civil and criminal litigation support, business intelligence, corporate due diligence and compliance, investigative research, and data analysis. Ms. Longshore is also a founding member and leader on the firm’s Diversity + Inclusion Committee.

Ms. Longshore’s experience at Guidepost Solutions includes leading internal investigations into universities, small non-profits as well as Fortune 500 companies. She is a member of the team assisting the University of Michigan with implementing recommended remediation efforts in the aftermath of sexual misconduct findings against a former Provost. The team is working collaboratively with the University’s stakeholders to create a more dynamic program and to promote a culture of safety and inclusion.

Prior to joining Guidepost Solutions, Ms. Longshore spent over a decade as an intelligence analyst at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) working Transnational Organized Crime, International Kidnapping, Violent Crime, Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism.

Ms. Longshore also has extensive research experience with many years spent as a Research Associate at Johns Hopkins University where she began her career.
