Monica F. Medina I. is a lawyer specializing in criminal law, as well as an experienced analyst in the fields of investigations, litigation support, and compliance.

Ms. Medina has worked on numerous due diligence investigations, collecting and analyzing valuable information for private companies and public entities. She has performed internal and external fraud investigations in various industries, both in Colombia and other countries throughout the region.  In addition, Ms.  Medina has received training in sexual misconduct investigations.

Prior to joining Guidepost Solutions, Ms. Medina worked as an Associate in the Business Intelligence and Investigations division at Kroll Inc. Before that, she worked for Caveliar Abogados, as part of the International Law team, providing legal advice on intellectual property issues.

In her previous role, Ms. Medina was selected as the only female to represent the Colombian office, alongside representatives throughout Latin America, for a sexual misconduct investigations training.

During her personal time, she volunteers for a Colombian organization that works to empower underprivileged children.
