Birhanu Woldeab is an innovative, result oriented professional with more than 10 years of experience in the physical security industry. He brings a passion for building relationships and exceeding client and management expectations. He promotes effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and product manufacturers.
Mr. Woldeab has experience managing large and complex security projects, business budgets, improving management and labor relations, maintaining compliance to all industry regulations, health and safety goals and objectives, and maintaining inter-department and executive client relations. He has experience developing operations manuals that define processes, procedures, and company structure.
Prior to joining Guidepost, Mr. Woldeab was the Director of Operations, Senior Project Manager for Condortech Services Inc., a security systems design, installation, training, and management company. There he led large, complex projects for different U.S. Federal Government agencies including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of the Interior, and the U.S. Department of Energy
